ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Kimberly Spears has spent the past 11 years  working in the public housing sector as a certified Public Housing Manager and Accounting Specialist. During that time, she performed quality control inspections, trained personnel on company policies and procedures, and helped develop a training manual for the maintenance support staff.  
 

In 2023, Kimberly transitioned to real estate and founded Essential Transaction Solutions, where she works as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, Kimberly has been able to leverage her quality control and management skills, along with her experience in developing standard operating procedures, to improve the listing and transaction process for real estate professionals, resulting in more accurately executing contracts and more closings.
